The ELECT (Pastors) branch of the Church Multiplication Initiative (CMI) is dedicated to empowering and equipping pastors and church leaders with the tools and strategies necessary for effective evangelism, discipleship, and church multiplication. ELECT stands for "Empowering Leaders for Evangelism, Church planting, and Training."

As part of our commitment to developing well-rounded church leaders, we offer various programs such as the Kairos Life School and Kairos Camp. These initiatives provide intensive training and immersive experiences to prepare pastors for the unique challenges of ministry. Kairos Life School focuses on personal and spiritual growth, while Kairos Camp offers practical, hands-on training in church planting and leadership.
